Hey All...I am in a fairly large guild,we are average players....a few months ago everyone was very active and we did stuff together, but now, we dont do anything together, and it seems that no one wants to change it...I have tried getting people to do tombs, Allaince Battles, and GvG's, but no one is interested. anyone have any ideas that might make my guild fun again? thanks for ur help

1) Tell them to do it or they are kicked.
2) Hold little championships with like 500 gp entrance fees and do guild scrimmages for the prizes.
3) Show off a cool rank emote in their faces.

Try doing some events with your allies, breaks the ice with them and you might also get your own guildies to open up.

Find out what other people are working on, and go help them. Maybe a few different people have the same quest or mission, or things to unlock.

No Prob Yah just use the entrance fees to fund the prize money and no one can resist money so they will get more into pvp trying to find better builds. Another fun thing is like holding a lottery but that doesnt promote anything cept fun.

I think it is important to have some main goal or mission for your guild, and then to make sure people that are in or recruited in are on board with that goal or mission.
